Golden Memories…

So, this is it… It’s time to say good bye to the glorious era of this human life, being a college student. It’s a time when you can enjoy in this world to the maximum. Isn’t it? Those silly jokes you laugh at, those funny practical jokes you play on others, those your friends played on you, the silly fights you got involved with your loved ones, bunking classes for no reason and coming back at the end of that hour just to get attendance. The time when your friends make your wallet empty when it’s your birthday.

Then there is love, love & love alone… You notice a particular guy (or girl) and start feeling that, that particular person is the one you were waiting for all the time. That your life will become meaningless if he/she is not present in it as your beloved. The emptiness you feel inside when you’re trying to talk with that special somebody. The silly reasons you make just to get a glance of that person and the stupid situations you end up putting yourselves in. These are just some of the little things in the college life which almost everyone has to cherish in his or her memories. These are some of the things which will never come back in this life, no matter how hard you pray for that.

College life is perhaps the only phase in life when you’ll be able to be yourself, trying out entirely new things, finding your passion and exploring life without any tension at all. You’ll be having the best time of your life along with your best friends who will be just like your family.

This is also the time when you got to be extra careful about the choices you make. Let it be in case of friends, love or even career. One wrong choice and everything tumbles down like a castle made of cards. So like the wise people always say “You better play it safe buddy”.

Once you get out of college, things just get way serious. You gotta find a job, make a living, help your parents, and make a family… whoa whoa get a break! It’s too much of a load right? Well that’s how it is, that time is all about serious business buddy. You gotta prove yourself to this world, leave a signature in this world by conquering your dreams. Make your loved ones really proud.

All that time, these days will never come back, you might be ready to give away everything else in this world which you’ve got, still these days will never come. These bunking of classes, playing prank on others, trying really hard to woo your special someone. You’ll miss these days for sure. You will realize that you had left back your own heaven. Cherish these wonderful memories of college life, live these moments as if you’re gonna die tomorrow. Keep the fire you got inside you throughout your life. Conquer your every dream you have in this life and emerge victorious in the end. Wishing each and every one of you a very successful life. Never let these days go in vain guys. Live this moment!

Few days back I wrote about the dilemma i’m having about what is to be done with my life and all.

Only after that I realized that its exactly the same with many other just like me in the final semester and having no idea about what is their destiny? What is their passion etc. So only I felt that I should comment something about that.

A lot of gifted people are out there around me but still they’re not sure about is that going to be the right choice for them. Some are having special talents in graphic designing, some are the best web developers, singers are there, song writers are there, I can see amazing photographers who just create wonders in their work.

Sadly none of them are realizing that that particular talent they got can do wonders for their life. It can help them conquer their dreams and make everyone else proud.

Just because your friends got into somewhere and you didn’t, don’t jump in for any job opportunity which doesn’t suit you, which you doesn’t love at all.

Only do that work which you love to do, which gives you satisfaction when doing it.

You gotta love your work just like the love of your life, then only success will come at your doorstep.

Realize your passion, understand what kind of job suits you? Know your talents, work hard for success.

Show this world who you really are. Live in this world, not survive!

Political Madness

Another harthal is gifted to Kannur by political parties. After a long break of peace, problems starting to come up in th region. People attacking others who’re in opposition as if they’re mere animals. When one party feels they’ve been let down, they force harthals n all on public and let them suffer just to show that they’re still in command. They topple the balance of social life completely. All the working hours lost. Loss of revenue due to that, disruption in daily needs, it just makes life of people miserable. Are we loosing our human values here? Are we turning to wild animals from what we call social animals? Teeth for teeth and an eye for an eye is th rule of th wild right? Is there anything we can do to stop this social menace? These harthals, political madness etc etc? Friends we’re the youth and i believe we have to do something to stop all these madness. What do you say? Please don’t go for supporting one party alone.

Be a HUMAN BEING first and give ur valuable suggestions .

Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are;

Who is earning almost as much as you do;

One, who has dreams and aspirations just as

you have because she is as human as you are;

One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your Sister haven’t, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements

One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;

One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who

love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family name

One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen

One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more, and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother, a wife, even if she doesn’t want to; and is learning just like you are as to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won’t like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;

One, who has her own set of friends, and that includes boys and even men at her workplace too, those, who she knows from school days and yet is willing to put all that on the back-burners to avoid your irrational jealousy, unnecessary competition and your inherent insecurities;

Yes, she can drink and dance just as well as you can, but won’t, simply Because you won’t like it, even though you say otherwise

One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;

One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important, relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some and trust her;

One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in

your entire house – your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most

importantly – your understanding, or love, if you may call it.

But not many guys understand this……

Hello everyone,

Let me start off with a quick intro, I’m currently working on my software development company Infinite Open Source Solutions which is incubated in National Institute of Technology Calicut, one of the prestigious educational institutions in India. Being worked on the internet platform, I understand the wide possible reach with internet based information systems. As a person who utilises internet for learning process I understand it is high time College of Engineering Thalassery adopt a Campus Blogging Model. I’m sure this will create a positive change in the way students are approaching their education, career plans, extra curricular activities etc and which will enable them to have a better life.
