This is a very old photo, should be at least 3 years old…

I was in my college from last Monday making arrangements for Google Apps deployment.  I was been meeting new students, addressing different crowds of people like placement co-ords, web team, people who were on the web technologies workshop etc; It was a nice experience to address some enthusiastic crowd. Being out of the college in 2008 and working, I know how much I miss the college life. With these days  I was having a second life at College…

I had applied for Google apps and was waiting to get confirmation from Google’s side. The data entry work had almost done. So I was in a mixed mood. I went out of the room and at that few of juniors called me from a class nearby. They were people in the final year ec1 class; People like Fyroos, Rehna, Nysha, Shamna, Zamna, Sreediya, Sadhyama etc. Actually they were sitting in their first year class room and cherishing their old days. They are having their final days at college and its a touching thing to do. I wish i had done that . The reason they called me in the class was, while they are discussing about their first year life, I came into the picture while they reached incidents related to INCENDIO, the technical festival which was coordinated by me. I was to go to their classes and bang on the desk and start talking. They still remember it. They told me about the experience. It was really touching. Finally I banged on the desk the same way i used to do years back. Some things won’t leave you at all .  They are a bunch of people with whom I always wanna be, they make things so lively. Love them all. They make to me stick to the college. . Gonna miss them terribly…

The day became more special for me when the security guy told princi how i used to coordinate the events at College, and wrap up everything after the event and settle off things. It feels good when people remember you after years, especially those whom you never expect to do that.

Note to others: Enjoy your college life as much as you can, It’s a life out there…

Note to self: I miss my college life terribly…
