How to feed your blog to twitter, facebook etc

Get your blog updates shared in twitter facebook etc automatically with the help of twitterfeed as soon as you update your blog. Lets see how,

Goto www.twitterfeed.com

Click on ‘ Register Now’

Fill up the form and create an account.

After creating the account, follow the next three steps.

Step 1: Create Feed

Don’t know how to get your feed details?

Goto feedburner.google.com (For users with existing feed accounts, login. Others create a new feed).

Click on the feed title ( Mine is Praveesh as you can see below)

You can get your feed details as shown below:

The feed address you see as in the pic below is your feed url.

Coming back to twitter feed, give your feed details and click on test rss feed button.

If its ok, you can see a ‘Feed parsed OK’ message as shown below.

Then continue to step 2.

Step 2: Configure Publishing Services

Select the services you prefer.

Clicking on twitter will give you a page as shown below:

(Its better to have your twitter account opened in another tab)

Select your twitter account and authenticate it or authenticate new twitter account.

Click on Allow, once you get a message as shown below:

Once authenticated, click on Create service button at bottom.

Twitter service setup is complete. Next is the facebook service.

Click on Facebook in the available service:

(Its better to have your facebook account opened in another tab)

Choose your facebook account and authenticate it.

When they request for permission, allow it ( otherwise you can’t continue )

Once authenticated, click on Create service button at bottom.

Facebook service setup is complete.

Similarly do for other services you prefer.
