Maa Tujhe Salaam…!

We’re celebrating 63rd year of our mother land’s freedom. That freedom is a result of many fights & sacrifices, suffering of many great leaders and of those people whose names were not written in golden letters of history. Remembering each single person among them while penning this.

For winning something, one will have to loose something considerable and these national treasures had lost everything, their family, life etc etc for giving freedom to our mother land.

During these 63 years, she was put into various testing phases.

Many wars tried to bleed her. She was put into many situations which threatened the very existence as a nation. Even after all these difficulties she is still intact. We are one as a nation braving all the problems we had to face. A great nation with overflowing talents, the sense of equality and uniqueness. A collection of great minds which work together.
We’re a fast developing country today and one of the superpowers in the world. In almost all the fields like art, science and technology, intelligence etc we Indians are the best.

I said we’re the best in many areas, but is that enough? Are we really on to progress? Is this much development sufficient for our country? What are the major areas where we have to improve?

I feel that the biggest threats our country is facing are terrorism and corruption. Both are ruining our nation’s togetherness.

There are a lot of officials, politicians and intellectuals in our country who hold high positions and are very influencial in the society. Out of these a lot people are corrupt also. They’re filling their pocket with the money they’re supposed to serve the people of this nation. Foreign hands are trying to dismantle the peace of our nation with terror and unfortunately several Indian nationals who are mislead by the foreign powers also have joined them.

Our nation is a secular nation with equal rights to all its citizens and this unity in diversity is the foundation of our nation.

Just ask to yourself what can you do for bringing our nation to perfection? What contribution you can give to our mother land? Let it be something really small or something significant. Just give your contribution to her. Be an Indian by birth and by life. Think about her atleast once in each day and do something for her whenever possible. Think how will something you’re going to do affect our country in some way before doing something and do it for our India. If each single person decide in his or her mind that he’ll not support corruption or terrorism in any ways and’ll work for bringing our country to the front, then imagine what’ll be the position of our India among world nations?

At that time, there will be a heaven present in this world by the name India…
