The details of the position are given below:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BE (Comp Science)/ MCA, Batch of 2010 from Tier II Colleges

Minimum aggregate 60% marks at all levels (10^th, 12^th and Graduation)

- Technical Interview

- HR Interview

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This referral drive ends on 15th June 2010.
2. Please note that this referral drive is for WOMEN candidates only.
3. Please DO NOT refer experienced candidates or anyone who doesn’t qualify as per above parameters.
4. Multiple applications from same candidate would result in disqualification
5. The HR team will not be eligible for the employee referral bonus under this drive.
6. The ‘employee referral form’ is not required as part of this drive. The remaining terms and conditions will be inline with the Employee Referral Policy of the company
7. In the event of any dispute, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of HR.
