• All Students should bring project rough report on 28/12/09

• Demo will start from January 1st week onwards (Laptop demo is strictly not allowed)

• OHP presentation of 20 minutes duration. Viva will be conducted during project hours.(8-10 slides)

• All students should submit the attendance report on 28/12/09 for the period 1/12/09 – 24/12/09. Remaining attendance will be calculated during the project hours.

• Should contact the corresponding Staff through project mail id’s, the weekly status of the projects.

• Project requirements and CD containing the project should be given to the corresponding Staff and should intimate the same to the Lab Staff also.

• In case of any kind of emergency mutual exchange are possible and the same should be informed to the corresponding staffs.
