can we control the robot without embedding a 3g phone in it??? i.e by any means can i use a 3g sim and wireless camera and view the video?

no you are wrong you are first in india we had developed the same project in 2009 for our college major project at Institute of engineering jiwaji university, gwalior madhya pradesh. you can make the confirmation abt this.
