Hi friends

CiTS and EC association conducted a one day workshop on Web TechnologyShalvin Sir discussed about the basics of the ASP.NET. Arun Basil Lal ‘s session on WordPress Basics was very interesting and informative. Last but not the least ma friend niju took two sessions . First was a introduction to the web technology. Second one focussed more on making students familiarize with the basic concepts of  HTML,JavaScript, Ajax, PHP etc.

later we successfully formed a Web development club. The club aims to give a platform for the students to showcase their talents-  specifically web talents.

Interested students please contact the Secretary – Varun Subramanian, S6 CSE or Joint Secretary – Praveesh, S6 CSE for further details.

  1. Wish I could stay till the end, I never skip any part of the camps I attend, but sorry, I had to leave early. Travelling down to Cochin is hard, no wonder none of you guys show up for the barcamps.

Will suggest to conduct one BarCamp in Kannur soon.

Here is a personal record of the event, you guys did a great job. Well organised and great crowd :)

  3. It was great to have Arun and Shalvin in the college, Although we didn’t call it as a BarCamp Lite, everything went in BarCamp Style.

Kudos to the team worked for it, and the participants; Their enthusiasm triggers me to do more events like this.

We will definitely have a BarCamp in Kannur soon…
